• Items purchased online can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase if we are satisfied that the goods are in their original condition and have not been worn, used or damaged in anyway whatsoever and proof of purchase need to be produced on request.

• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after getting the product back.

• A refund will only be processed onto the original payment method. 

• Unfortunately the courier charges cannot be refunded unless the product is not as described.

• Custom made items can not be returned or refunded unless they are faulty so please place your order carefully.

• We are unable to accept returns on pierced jewellery items due to health and hygiene reasons. 

New Zealand

• Standard Delivery charges are $8.50 for Non-Rural addresses and $12.50 for Rural addresses.

• Free shipping within New Zealand for all orders above $100

• Delivery should be expected within 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated.

• All items are delivered via either New Zealand Post or Aramex Track and Trace signature required service.

Australia

• Standard delivery charges will be $45 (Flat rate).

• Delivery timeframes may vary.
